By initializing a node on the eeaira platform, you agree to adhere to the following architectural and legal standards of conduct.
01. Service Description
eeaira provides a high-density architectural intelligence platform, including generative reasoning tools, global synchronization networks, and secure data pipelines. Access is granted subject to identity verification and compliance with system-wide integrity protocols.
02. User Obligations
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their access keys and identity nodes. Any attempt to reverse-engineer our proprietary Python V3 engine, bypass security layers, or inject malicious vectors into the architectural discourse will result in immediate session termination and permanent node deactivation.
03. Intellectual Property
All structural frameworks, Bézier motion algorithms, and the "eeaira" brand identity remain the exclusive property of eeaira Studio. Users retain ownership of the specific outputs generated via our Vision Matrix, provided they comply with our commercial licensing tiers.
Limitation of Liability
eeaira is provided "as is" without warranties of absolute structural perfection. We are not liable for performance degradation resulting from user-side hardware limitations or fragmented network conditions outside our core edge nodes.
